The NDIS is a government initiative in Australia that provides support and funds to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities to help them lead better lives. It offers access to various services and supports tailored to each person’s unique needs.
As a registered NDIS provider based in Melbourne, Constance Care Services offers a wide range of services, including personal care, household assistance, community access support, therapeutic support, supported independent living and social and recreational activities. We work closely with participants to develop personalised care plans and implement services that enhance their quality of life.
To become an NDIS participant, you need to meet the eligibility criteria and complete an application with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can choose Constance Care Services as your preferred provider. We'll work with you to develop a care plan and assist you in accessing NDIS-funded services.
