To become an NDIS participant, you need to meet the eligibility criteria and complete an application with the National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA). Once your eligibility is confirmed, you can choose Constance Care Services as your preferred provider. We'll work with you to develop a care plan and assist you in accessing NDIS-funded services.
